Garlic Naan BBQ Chicken Pizza

I found some Garlic Naan in Loblaws the other day, so I decided to try it out as a pizza crust. Well, let me tell you, it was delicious! Here's how I made it if you're interested in making some for yourself.

First thing's first. Marinade your chicken in your favourite rub or sauce. I chose to let it sit in some Club House Montreal Chicken Seasoning in the fridge for about 3 hours.

40 minutes before dinner, BBQ the chicken at about 300 degrees celsius, turning about once every 7-10 minutes. It only takes about half a large chicken breast per pizza so cook accordingly. I used four to make sure I had enough for leftovers.

While the chicken cooks, you can prepare the rest of the pizza. Top it with your favourite pizza sauce. I used Primo Squeezable Pizza Sauce. Next I added 1/8 each of a large green and orange pepper, a couple slices of onion and some sliced grape tomatoes. Once the chicken is done you can add that as well.

Finally top your delicious garlicky pizza with some feta and mozerella cheeses and sprinkle with a dash of oregano, salt and pepper if desired.

Cook on the BBQ at 300-350 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the naan is crispy on the bottom and the cheese is melted.

When it's done, slip it onto your favourite plate and enjoy! :)
